Repair A Family Home in Syria
Prophet (saw) said, 鈥淭here is no right that the son of Adam is more entitled to other than these (four) rights: A home to live in, a garment to cover his nakedness, a piece of bread, and water.鈥澨�[At-Tirmidhi]
With local partners, we are repairing family homes for displaced Syrian families returning to their damaged homes in Damascus from camps inside and outside of Syria. The Prophet (saw) described Damascus as,听鈥渙ne of the best cities of Shaam.鈥�听[Abu Dawud]
This work includes installing doors, and windows, repairing walls, interior painting, and rehabilitating services from the kitchen, toilet, and bathroom.
The homes will be chosen for the neediest and most vulnerable Syrian families who have widows, orphans, and the elderly.
拢3,000 from your Zakat and Sadaqah will repair an entire home for a displaced Syrian family. However, you can also donate whatever amount you can to the fund.
